If you have not registered your rewards card online
NOTE: We have a secured website, these procedures apply to everyone who has not entered their email address and assigned a password.
Log in to www.ralphs.com
Click on ‘No Account? Register’ (top right hand corner)
Follow the easy steps to create an online account
You will be instructed to go to your email inbox to confirm your account
After you confirm your online account by clicking on the link in your email, return to www.ralphs.com and click your name (you may have to sign in first).
View all your information and edit as necessary
Link your card to your organization by clicking on:
Community Rewards - Enroll
Type your NPO number or name of organization

Remember to click on the circle to the left of your organizations’ name
Click on ENROLL to finish your enrollment process
If you have already registered your rewards card online
(This means that you have already entered your email address and assigned yourself a password)

Click Sign In
Enter your email address and password
Click on your name (In the top right hand corner under ‘Welcome Back’)
View all your information and edit as necessary
Link your card to your organization by clicking on:

Box Tops
This program goes directly to the school
You can find Box Tops on many products, such as cereal, Kleenex, copy paper, granola bars, and much more. For years families have been clipping box tops and turning them into schools to earn money for the school. Each box top is worth 10 cents. Participation is FREE. The more participants, the more the school will benefit. Box Tops with an expiration date must be cut out and turned into the school office. We process these and submit them to earn funds. This traditional style of box top is being phased out and you will begin to see a new digital version. For a time, you will find both types on your favorite products. Please be sure to continue to cut out those with an expiration date and turn into the school office.
With this new digital version, Box Tops will be earned through the new mobile app.
