• Pizza slices are from Dominoes

• Due to COVID - there will be NO sides provided this year, please be sure to pack additional sides to go with their pizza

• NOTE:  Please be aware of that the slices are double cut (i.e: Usually a large is 8 slices, but now it will be 16 which means they will slightly smaller)

• Lunches have been prorated to 30 lunches for the rest of the year

• Fill out one form for each child participating in the pizza lunch

• To keep costs down, no refunds will be given for student-missed pizza
